Job Title: Coordinator, Strategic Partnerships - TEMP
A little bit about our team:
The Strategic Partnerships division generates Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships for our artists, events, and label-owned properties. We work closely with artist management, internal collaborators, and external partners to create new revenue streams & marketing opportunities that engage audiences and promote artist priorities via authentic relationships.
Your role:
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Partnerships, the Coordinator, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for tasks supporting and/or leading Partnership Activation/Execution, Analytics, Project Management, Marketing Strategy/Plan Development, Partner Management, Strategic Planning, Coordination/Support, and more.
Here you'll get to:
• Where required, own project management for assigned projects
• Lead outreach efforts for in-kind partner requests and general business development inquiries
• Perform and own key operational tasks including but not limited to: invoices, shipping logistics, taking meeting notes, call scheduling, and maintaining accurate, updated records, among others.
• Play a key role in partner development and strategic planning. Tasks include but are not limited to partner/industry research and prospecting, partner analysis, pitch deck creation, support on market research activities, deal deliverable tracking, & performance measurement, among other tasks.
• Support on regular monitoring of key artist activities, social media presence, and brand affinities
• Provide hands-on, on-site partner support for upcoming priority events including awards show afterparty and industry showcases, among others.
About you:
• Completed or currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other relevant area
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a combination of marketing, strategy, business development, and/or partnerships-related functions.
• Familiarity with discovering brands on social media platforms like Instagram & TikTok
• Know how to expertly organize information in Excel/Google Sheets
• Build a Canva/PowerPoint presentation
• Confident and comfortable with cold outreach via email or phone
• Detailed and observant about what makes a brand/artist outstanding
• Excellent at relationship building and coming up with ideas on how to connect people and opportunities
• Ability to be available case-by-case in the evenings/weekends for partner experience management events
We'd love it if you also had:
• Previous experience in a relationship-based position
• Portfolio/examples of previous projects/presentations you've created
• Experience with brand marketing or talent/influencer partnerships
• Existing brand relationships of your own
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to serve as an individual and team contributor
• Experience and knowledge of the Music Industry eco-system is a plus (artists, labels, streaming services, platforms)
