Job Title: Executive Assistant, ADA Label Services
Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall support to ADA's Label Services team across project campaigns, marketing initiatives, and sync licensing
• Assist the SVP Global Head of Artist and Market Development with administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports
• Liaise with internal and external teams to update and maintain workflow systems, reports, and documents
• Assist with analysis and optimization of artist and ADA social channels
• Create and manage digital marketing tools, email blasts, and newsletters
• Track trends across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
• Participate in miscellaneous projects including listening sessions, case studies, internal and external meetings
• Organize meetings for the department, label, and artists
• Join weekly calls with artists, labels, and partners to discuss plans and contribute ideas
• Secure song assets and handle copyright, licensing, and financial procedures
Required Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
• 2-4 years of experience supporting a Senior-Level Executive
• Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills
