A little bit about our team:
Our team sets up, schedules, and gathers all the pieces for new digital releases to be delivered to digital service providers like Spotify, Apple, etc., and also new physical releases, mostly CDs, Cassettes and Vinyl, to be manufactured. The role is focused on coordinating international manufacturing, including production parts orders, department billing, handling quote requests and canvass notes for Atlantic, Elektra and Roadrunner releases. You would be working closely with fellow team members who handle trafficking physical releases, scheduling, metadata setup, and editorial as well as key label personnel. Your work will be vital to having high quality physical product available to international consumers on release date.
Your role:
You will be working directly with your manager, the physical traffic team and international reps. You will be part of a team of professionals but will have responsibility for your own projects, handle multiple tasks, and juggle various priorities.
Here you'll get to:
• You will be the primary contact for international production parts orders for Atlantic, Elektra and Roadrunner releases.
• You will assign and track orders/deadlines/deliveries of production materials (audio masters and artwork files) for all physical releases, and secure necessary passwords for all high security releases.
• You will confirm packaging specifications, submit quote requests (QRs) and collect pricing guides for all international canvassing.
• You will archive and retrieve all international physical (usually CDs and Vinyl) artwork files
• You will advise physical team of project statuses and approaching/missed deadlines, with ongoing updates.
• You will review schedules to ensure consistency and accuracy
• You will create domestic and International Atlantic, Elektra and Roadrunner POs in Ariba
• You will handle shipping materials that are needed for physical manufacturing
• You will attend weekly staff meetings
• You will cover for international manager in their absence.

• You have the ability to turn last-minute projects around quickly within tight deadlines.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• You enjoy being part of team of gifted professionals.
We'd love it if you also had:
• Familiar with pre-production and Adobe applications (photoshop, pdfs)
• A college degree or relevant experience preferred
• 1 – 2 years experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiar with One Drive

Salary Range
$20.00 to $30.00 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
