The Audience Engagement team sits at the center of Warner Music Group, guiding and supporting our frontline labels, international territories, and WEA teams in their mission to bring our artists' music to millions of fans around the world.
This group empowers global marketing teams to build connections with audiences, drive fan engagement and make data driven decisions towards an always-on strategy for our key artists and owned & operated brands. The team supports various aspects of the business including streaming, ecommerce, touring, VIP, and retail partnerships.
Why this could be your next big break:
You will work one-on-one with the Audience lead in Los Angeles, along with the Global Audience Engagement & Insights team, to support the development of always-on marketing programs. You will also have the unique and exciting opportunity to help grow a startup brand within a major label environment. By joining the team, you will interact directly with global fan communities and facilitate meaningful connections between artists and their fans.
Here you'll get to:
• You will support the development of digital marketing plans, from briefing in projects through to completion, in alignment with always-on marketing calendars.
• Distribute content to social media, email, and SMS channels, developing copy and creative assets where needed (images, videos, gifs, B2B and B2C artist/brand assets).
• Provide assistance with paid social media, search, and affiliate partnership campaigns.
• Monitor streaming and e-commerce campaign performance across all labels and brands, providing weekly recaps to global teams.
• Participate in Audience Engagement planning meetings and assist in the creation of pitch materials and documentation.
• Conduct market research and coordinate audience tests to support optimization efforts.
• Facilitate digital sweepstakes logistics, organize and distribute tickets for artist shows, and liase with contest winners for special events.
About you:
• You have a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training, education, and experience.
• You have 1+ years of previous brand marketing or digital marketing experience.
• You are creative with a pulse on social media trends and a passion for digital innovation.
