Job Description:

The international marketplace is vast, and no country is alike. In this role you'll be able to get a great view on how an international team operates, as well as contribute to ADA's catalogue efforts on a global scale. You'll be touching all parts of ADA's business as the point person for all catalogue related business. The successful candidate will have a good musical knowledge of ADA's labels, is used to being in an internationally operating environment and will have a good eye for detail in executing daily tasks.
Here you'll get to:
• Compile international updates for label partners including sales reports, chart positions, streaming statistics and more.
• Compile international updates for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the international label services tracker efforts.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external partners on the catalogue's global development; including sales, chart positions, online stats, global and local best practices, highlighting growth areas and opportunities for priority catalog and releases.
• Work closely with Int'l Label Managers, other WMG internal partners and external partners at to ensure catalogue is promoted alongside new frontline releases.
• Manage and coordinate global catalogue campaigns for ADA; including organizing and pitching ADA catalogue titles for WMG global catalogue campaigns and creation of new campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with Rhino and catalogue staff around the world to maximize synergies between the two teams.
• Provide support and assistance with catalogue transitions and label onboarding.
• Work closely with Int'l Label Managers and Sr. Director, in a supporting role.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• 1-3 years of music industry experience.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of any more languages would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
