Job Description:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after Global Data Operations team at Warner Music Group.

Location(s): Los Angeles or New York
A little bit about our team:
Global Data Operations is in the unique position of working directly with all the WMG labels to better understand their data needs work with internal and external teams to deliver products that help all of Warner stay in the forefront of technology and big data!
Why this could be your next big break:
This entry to mid-level position reports directly to the VP of Data Management with a focus on tools designed to demystify big data for our business user giving them the proper insights to better understand, interact, with and make decisions based on big data. You will learn the ins and outs of the digital landscape and be positioned to be a subject mater expert to help our labels interpret the data.
Here you'll get to:
• Contribute to and help maintain roadmaps, strategic and tactical plans.
• Collaborate with business partners, technical staff, and 3rd party vendors, on key product areas from ideation through testing, delivery, and iterative refinement.
• Collaborate on continuously evolving product development and decisioning.
• Draft requirements ranging from core functional capabilities through complex interactive data visualizations.
• Work closely with UI/UX to produce and refine concepts and user flow
• Write detailed test plans and perform final UAT testing for new features
• Assist cross functional teams assuring optimal releases, documentation, user feedback and KPI measurement.
• Create and maintain documentation, web trainings, and other content for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systems.
Rockstar candidates will bring:
• 1- 3 years of experience in product management, project management. product marketing, UI/UX, or a related field/discipline.
• You have BA/BS degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• You have drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing tasks.
• Flexibility: Ability to change direction based on team and stakeholder feedback.
• Resilience
• Ability to work alone or with others while always being open to collaboration.
• You should have some level of understanding of analytics, creating insight reports, and working with data.
• Ability to produce Technical Documentation.
• Not Afraid to jump in a get the work done.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Familiar with the AGILE/SCRUM process
• Knowledge of the Music Industry or Digital Music Landscape a plus
• Passion for music
