Job Description:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after Film/TV/Video Game/Soundtrack Licensing team at Atlantic Records.
Job Title: Assistant, Film/TV/Video Games, Creative Licensing
A little bit about our team:
Our team is responsible for securing song placements in film, TV, video games, new media and soundtracks in order to bring in master licensing revenue as well as promote artists to benefit the overall company.

You'll work in an exciting and fast paced environment while providing strong administrative support to the Vice President Film/TV/Video Game Licensing for Atlantic Records.
Here you'll get to:
• Provide administrative support including but not limited to answering phones, rolling calls, managing calendars, booking travel, processing expense reports, welcoming visitors, etc.
• Create and design digital e-blasts and marketing materials highlighting artist releases that are distributed to TV networks, film studios, music supervisors, etc.
• Coordinate and cover artist showcases, concerts, and other special events
• Update and maintain department's asset library including audio files, writer/publisher information, lyrics, artwork, release schedules, etc.
• Maintains and updates department files including client contact information and distribution lists
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, and takes responsibility/ownership of tasks.
• Calm under pressure.
• Hard worker for whom no task is too small.
• Highly organized and very detail oriented.
• Person must thrive in a busy office environment and be able to multi-task and juggle extremely well.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Previous industry experience with sync licensing
• Previous administrative experience
