Job Description:

A little bit about our team:
The Research & Insights team plays a pivotal role within UPROXX's Marketing & Brand Strategy department, providing actionable insights to support all ad sales and marketing initiatives.
Why this could be your next big break:
UPROXX is currently seeking a Media Research & Insights Analyst to assist in all day-to-day data analysis and custom research projects.
Here you'll get to:
• Organize and interpret data from disparate sources (web, social platforms, video, OTT, syndicated resources, etc.)
• Use data to tell compelling audience stories across multiple platforms in response to RFPs and ad hoc requests
• Provide analytics support to all cross-functional departments, including Advertising Revenue Operations, Social and Video Strategy, UPROXX Studio, Editorial Content and Executive/Management teams
• Manage ongoing data reporting and benchmarking for all UPROXX properties and platforms
• Work with third party vendors to project manage advertising effectiveness studies
• Assist with custom research project design and analysis
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• College Degree preferred
• You have 1-3 years experience in an analytics or research role at a digital media company (publisher or agency preferred)
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Strong communication/writing skills (the ability to tell stories from numbers)
• Experience with Google Analytics, comScore, Quantcast, Nielsen, Tubular and social analytics tools
• Advanced Excel skills
• Custom research experience a plus
• Resourcefulness and an inquisitive spirit
• A passion for (and deep understanding of) pop culture and media trends
