The Job
Warner Bros. is seeking a select group of highly qualified law students for our summer intern program. Warner Bros. has a number of legal departments each focusing on different aspects of the studio's business, including motion picture production and distribution, television production and distribution, video games, consumer products, publishing, content protection, technology, litigation, intellectual property, employment, and other entertainment related matters.
Successful candidates will be placed in one of these legal departments at the discretion of the managing attorney. Interns will be exposed to various legal activities associated with the hosting legal department. In this role, you will engage in some or all of the following work activities:
• Legal research.
• Preparation of legal memoranda.
• Drafting correspondence, agreements and other legal documents.
• Participation in business meetings.
• Performing other tasks and special projects related to the legal function.

To be eligible to participate in our Summer 2020 internship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Must be enrolled in pursuit of a JD at an accredited college or university during the entire 10 weeks of the internship, not graduating prior to the end of the internship.
• Must be available to intern full-time in Burbank, CA from Mondays to Fridays during one of the following timeframes:
• June 1 – August 7
• June 8 – August 14
• June 15 – August 21
• June 22 – August 28
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to provide own relocation, housing, and transportation.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work for pay in the US; credit-only internships not allowed.
The Essentials
• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time law student with a superior academic record at a top-tier ABA accredited law school.
• Must have an undergraduate degree.
• Must be trained in conducting legal research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Passion for the entertainment industry.
• Candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Outstanding time management skills to handle multiple and changing priorities.
