Full Time Job
Warner Bros. Studio Operations seeks a Sr. Manager, Corporate Archives for the WBSO Corporate Archives/Museum department.
Responsible for supervising day-to-day operation of Corporate Archives. This position requires detailed knowledge in warehouse logistics and physical asset management. Develop staff in customer service skills and production processes. Prepare team for growth and succession planning.
The Daily
• Coach, lead and develop staff to maximize performance and customer service level. Establish succession planning to support department growth. Assign projects to appropriate staff members and follow through to completion.
• Responsible for asset management and inventory control of all department holdings, including tracking of assets to and from warehouse. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods and process shipments. Supervise logistics of assets from all Warner Media Productions and Departments.
• Develop and implement strategy to allow Corporate Archive to expand number of divisions it can service and to implement flat bid billing process for Corporate Archive.
• Comply with laws, OSHA regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
The Essentials
Work Experience
• 5-7 years of strong management operations experience, supervising staff and leading teams/projects required.
• 3-5 years of experience with distribution, purchasing, storage, and operations in logistics required.
Education
, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• College degree: Communication, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent work experience required.
• Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt

• Ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff, management, and customers.
• Strong ability to motivate staff and encourage a team player mentality.
• Excellent communication and sales skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.
