What part will you play?
The Senior Manager, Engagement role will work with a broad range of internal stakeholders (HR colleagues, leaders and employees) to influence engagement, alignment and accountability around our culture and values, providing a real opportunity to deliver meaningful change across the business.
The role will form part of the Culture and Engagement team which is responsible for developing and driving implementation of strategies to align, evolve and embed the desired culture, employee experience and engagement required to deliver WarnerMedia's purpose and strategy.
The role will report into the Executive Director, Culture and Engagement. You will:
• Identify and create opportunities to engage with and inform WarnerMedia enterprise-wide employees on the business strategy, HR activities and culture work, with a focus on leaders.
• Execute on these engagement initiatives, events and communications.
• Source and write content for the leadership newsletter and internal communications channels.
• Manage the creation of toolkits to support all the above.
• Have oversight of opportunities for feedback and measurement of engagement and understanding the behaviours through discussion groups, engagement surveys, pulse assessments etc, analysing feedback and creating clear action plans.
• Work closely with the Culture and Engagement team, Human Resources and leaders to improve on company culture and create an inspiring work environment for everyone who works at WarnerMedia.
• Remain knowledgeable of external insight around industry trends and best practice to inform plans.
What do we require from you?
• An enthusiastic self-starter who is passionate about driving an exceptional employee experience.
• Demonstrable experience in writing engaging content for internal communication channels, with excellent proof-reading skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience of working in a global matrixed organisation and on company culture.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, especially in relation to managing the roll out of engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly working with senior management.
• A creative mind - someone who can be a significant contributor to the business in a fun, innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Strong listening and oral communication skills.
• Flexible and responsive to the changing business requirements.

• Speaking languages other than English would be desirable.
