Production Assistant (Facil Productions) - Fixed Term Contract
To provide accurate, effective, and timely administration support to the Production Coordinator and the Assistant Production Coordinator.
This position requires a candidate who has a passion for the industry and for working in film production. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team in an often-pressurised environment. The work will be extremely varied, and the role offers an opportunity to learn about every aspect of the industry.
The Daily
• Provide support to the Production Coordinator and the Assistant Production Coordinator during times of heavy workload
• Helping set up office and studio space
• Arranging lunches, teas & coffees etc.
• Taking phone messages and dealing with general enquiries
• Offering general administrative support wherever and whenever it is needed
• Undertake general office duties including collecting tapes and kit, logging material, photocopying, answering telephone and filing
• Act as a first point of contact for a range of both internal and external callers
• Always maintain a safe and healthy working environment, escalating any issues or areas of concern
• Being available to help on site with ad hoc duties as required.

• Must have the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and own workload using a common sense approach

• Effective team worker - able to manage relationships effectively and work collaboratively within a diverse team
• Able to use systems and adopt new technologies
