ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Advertising & Promotions:
• Coordinate with advertising agency and suppliers for the preparation of ad and promo materials (TV spots, OOH materials) for film releases and their subsequent production
• Monitor actual fulfillment of media buys and placements; prepare wrap reports for submission to Home Office
• Manage all artwork and AV materials download (make sure that they have all been cleared with MTRCB) and coordinate release to respective exhibitors and production vendors.
• Oversee the distribution and display of movie merchandising materials (banners, standees, signages) in cinemas
• Conceptualize promotional programs that involve exhibitors, corporate and/or media partners to generate maximum awareness/hype for a film release
• Present campaign pitches and proposals to prospective partners
• Coordinate with Regional Office and promotional partners in the implementation of partnership activities
• Liaise with media partners and Home Office/Regional Office on the materials requirements and approval of media promotions
MTRCB Liasion:
• Liaise with the Movie Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) on film ratings evaluation and approval of advertising and display materials (trailers, TV spots, display layouts, etc)
Basic Accounting and Control:
• SAP: Prepare PO's, do Goods Receipt, manage billing invoices and vendor database. Coordinate with Finance on managing AdPub Accruals updated accordingly
• Process Media and Production Vendors Billing Invoices
• Coordinate with Regional Finance team on payment requirements
Publicity:
• Coordinate press screening requirements (theater rental, ticket printing, catering, etc.)
• Coordinate with partners and vendors for publicity/below-the-line activities (ToyCon, exhibits, talent tours, etc.)
• Liaise with exhibitors on the online trailer debuts
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
• Integrity
• University degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop & Video Editing is a plus
• Good written and spoken communications skills in English and Tagalog
• Proficient in basic accounting
• Organised & detail-oriented
• Able to function with minimal supervision
