Intern - Account Administration Governance & Compliance

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

The Job

Warner Bros. Technology is seeking an undergraduate intern for our Account Administration team. This internship is intended to provide meaningful and practical work experience to an undergraduate student interested governance, compliance, programming, and/or provisioning, for the WB Technology Group.

The duration of the internship is approximately 10 weeks. The Intern will be expected to assist with establishing the run state operation and document the processes within Account Administration related to the following governance and compliance activities:

The Daily
• Identify and perform ongoing account and data governance activities:
• Enforce Security Standards.
• Server Provisioning Exception Report (Friends & Family).
• Resource Transfer accesses
• Audit Processes
• ?Work with team to define and analyze processes and procedures surrounding governance and compliance; establish governance and compliance standards

The Essentials
• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student in a college or university and in good academic standing.
• College major focused on Computer Science, Data Security, Data Analytics, Communications, or a directly related field of study.
• Must have proficient computer skills; Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers and other levels of personnel.
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to details.
