The Job
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an HR Coordinator for the HR WHE, DC/CP, Theatrical department. The human resources coordinator aids with and facilitates all human resources processes supporting the theatrical businesses.
The Daily
• Serves as a point of intake for employee inquiries. Provides answers or connects employees to the appropriate team member. Advises employees on how to navigate company processes to accomplish tasks by guiding them to the appropriate channels. Handles special requests and works with division partners in other functions (e.g. Administration, Finance, etc.) to drive resolution.
• Supports employee communication programs and division-specific employee communications (e.g. broadcast emails, division-specific, etc.). Maintains and updates email distribution lists for use in all internal division communications.
• Supports regular recruitment and temp processes. Gathers basic job description and experience/ requirements from managers and completes appropriate documents s. Maintains and updates tracking report on contingent workforce (temps, consultants, embeds)
• Administers the Amex Corporate Credit Card program. Reviews all applications for requests, inputs data into Amex online system to process card request, reviews and handles inquiries for limit increases, lost/stolen cards, etc. Follows up with employees on delinquent payments.
• Works across groups to coordinate and roll-up information to respond to Corp requests and regular processes (e.g. mobility, compliance, etc.)
• Manages employee experience tracking database. Calculates relevant experience, inputs info into database, ensures resumes are saved to drive. Updates corporate's salary justification portal with relevant information and status.
• Coordinates executive and employee onboarding and offboarding with other departments. Provides timekeeping training for all non-exempt employees.
• Provides general administrative support for the department. Supports the department with travel arrangements, submitting expense reporting, drive-on passes, messenger services, overnight mail, ordering supplies for the department, greeting guests, scanning, filing and archiving.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year professional work experience required.
• Prior experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills required, including Excel, Word, Visio and Powerpoint.
• Experience with personnel and payroll data systems (e.g. Workday) is desirable.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a positive, professional demeanor and be able to work as a team player.
• Must possess strong diplomacy and adaptability attributes to deal effectively with all levels of employees, including senior level executives.
• Must possess strong logic and reasoning skills.
• Must have the ability to plan for, track, prioritize and execute multiple recurring and ad hoc tasks.
• Must have strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
• Must have the ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Must have the ability to take own initiative and work independently.
