The Job
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks an Art Director for the Digital Product Management department.
Acting as a guiding force for game creation and visualization, the Art Director must possess a robust knowledge of all aspects of mobile game design. Possessing exceptional leadership capabilities including communication, interpersonal skills, strategic visioning, tactical planning and execution oversight, the Art Director must be able to motivate and persuade people at all levels within the organization. Partners with other craft leaders across the free-to-play business to deliver world-class mobile games.
The Daily
• Leads Creative Development and drive visual excellence across mobile game portfolio.
• Participates in F2P Creative Initiatives – weigh in on greenlight, culture/retention/recruitment programs of creative talent.
• Serve as mentor and advisor to Creative Leaders across the F2P organization. Inspire other creatives as a subject matter expert and role model.
• Helps Studio Leadership to develop concept pitches and presentations featuring WB IP.
The Essentials
• Minimum of 12 years of art direction/game direction experience, and at least 5 years of mobile F2P experience.
• Strong art direction/vision leadership.
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Rapid concept and prototyping development.
• Passion for Warner Bros IP a plus.
