The Job
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an Employee Relations Administrator for the HR Employee Relations department.
The Daily
• Supports internal investigation process by executing the following duties:
• Scheduling interview meetings
• Maintaining, closing, filing, and archiving formal investigation and miscellaneous files
• Answering the Harassment and Discrimination Hotline, listening to reported concern, summarizing the details of complaint, calming/reassuring the caller, and escalating calls as appropriate
• Interfacing on a routine basis with HR Business Partners, Employment Attorneys, Outside Counsel, Labor Relations, Studio Security, Workers' Compensation departments, and vendors
• Maintaining and stocking conference rooms
• Supports a professional staff of six: Head of Employee Relations, West Coast Lead, and 4 Investigators (2 Directors & 2 Managers)
• Answers telephones, maintains calendars, makes travel arrangements, prepares expense reports, and orders office supplies. Responds to general inquiries and/or routes calls as appropriate.
• Prepares detailed analysis in connection with time-reporting, expense reports, and other compliance-related investigations.
• Manages, maintains, and enhances the Internal Investigations Tracking database. Identifies needs for enhancements or changes to databases and liaises with HR Services to effect needed changes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
The Essentials
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Must uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
• Must have the ability to prioritize many projects
• Must have strong research and analytical skills
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must have the ability to take fast contemporaneous notes
• Understanding of legal process and terminology preferred
• Some prior Human Resource experience preferred.
• Five plus years of business experience required.
