E-Commerce Manager EMEA
This role is accountable for and manages the execution and optimisation of 3rd party online retailers, marketplaces and licensee ecommerce business in the EMEA region, in order to ultimately deliver increased traffic, revenue, and meet ROI targets for Consumer Products and Warner Media.
The role is heavily focussed on data analysis - analyse and optimise the full online customer funnel performance, analyse and optimise product pages and keywords, identify CRM opportunities, manage, track and optimize both 1st and 3rd party data, drive online sales affiliate programs and optimize them accordingly, and analyse traffic data plan for direct-to-consumer channels.
The Daily
• Analyse and optimise product pages with licensees on marketplaces
• Conduct keyword research and deliver insights on search behaviour that inform the optimization process
• Deliver clear insights and recommendations on SEO of third-party retailers and marketplaces.
• Create shopper data-tracking, analysis, and transfer data into clear action plans for the broader ecommerce platforms Warner Media is working on.
• Create real-time data dashboards and recommend optimization based on key learnings.
• Work with key trade partners on data tracking (licensee, e-tailers), implement floodlights, create a full customer-funnel analytics tracker and recommend regular optimization.
• Analyse traffic and data through the purchase funnel. Come up with recommendations and remedial actions to improve path to purchase and fan engagement.
• In collaboration with Finance and global stakeholders, identify, set up and manage CRM opportunities across EMEA.
• Set up a system to track, manage and optimize data, both from 1st and 3rd parties.
• Track, optimize and share learnings across Consumer Products to support the business digital transformation.
• Analyse and deliver online 'sales affiliate' programs.
• Create performance dashboards and provide commercial teams with actionable insights.
The Essentials
• Previous ecommerce/analytics role in pureplay, online retail channel or marketplace preferred
• Breadth of commercial experience – spanning multiple product areas
• Strong ability to work with data, analyse and draw conclusions even based on limited data
• Strong knowledge of Excel; ability to create real-time dashboards and manage them
• Knowledge of keyword research
• Knowledge of organic SEO
• Experience with common SEO tools
