Analyst, Contingent Workforce Mgmt Office (CWMO)

The Job
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an Analyst, Contingent Workforce Mgmt Office (CWMO) for the Enterprise Technology: HR / Payroll Solutions department. This role is responsible to provide support for 1) the development of all aspects of the Warner Bros. Contingent Workforce Management Office (CWMO); 2) the management of the CWMO, as implemented for Warner Bros.; and 3) the support of the end-users, Warner Media and Suppliers, that utilize the CWMO.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Warner Media Contingent Workforce Management Office (CWMO).
The Daily
CWMO Ownership (50%)
• Support the development of the CWMO strategy
• Track project assets and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams
• Monitor progress and outcomes against plans, adjusting priorities and resources accordingly
• Helps to transition projects or workstreams into steady state
• Assist with aligning teams on objectives and plan across CWMO, Fieldglass, Legal, Technology, Global Sourcing, Human Resources, Human Resource Services, and Business teams
• Maintain a strong link with Domestic and International stakeholders and users
• Support the strategy for new initiatives, helping to facilitate workshops where needed
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and on-going enhancement of the CWMO functions, processes, procedures, organization structure, roles & responsibilities
• Supports changes to the Fieldglass configuration and integrations through stakeholder and use impact analysis, and acceptance testing
• Prepares and documents (processes, procedures, policies, and Fieldglass requirements and functional specifications)
• Participates in CWMO change release activities including applicable testing; training; and communications
• Prepares reports for management
Change Management (10%)
• Ensure changes are delivered effectively and are sustainable
• Support in the development and deployment of effective communications and training materials
Issue Resolution (20%)
• Supports the resolution of issues quickly as they arise, connecting across project, business and functional teams to come up with solutions that meet the needs of a range of stakeholders
• Supports CWMO interactions with senior level stakeholders to minimize conflict and ensure that solutions reached are the best for the company
• Track and report issues, escalating to management where resolution is not possible
• Ensure lessons learned are documented and shared
Risk Management and Compliance (10%)
• Support the completion of risk remediations associated with Fieldglass and CWMO functions
• Work across Vendors and Warner Media teams to remediate functional risks
• Support CWMO functional architecture alignment to Warner Media standards and compliance requirements
Financial (10%)
• Support the preparation of financial budgets, reports, business cases and financial models as required
The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3-years of experience in application and/or project management
• Knowledge of Vendor Management
• Functional experience across enterprise functions; Technology, Legal, HR, Finance
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
