SUMMARY OF POSITION
Warner Bros. Television seeks an Executive Assistant I for the Television Business Affairs department. Position will provide administrative support to the Vice President, Business Affairs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares and format contracts and documents such as reports, correspondence and expense reports for distribution.
Answers telephones, screens, logs, and places calls.
Schedules appointments, meetings, etc.
Types and proof contracts, reports, letters, memos, etc.
Assembles and distributes corporate reports.
Maintains and organizes a filing system.
Creates weekly status reports.
Maintain and follow-up on time sensitive tasks.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Degree preferred.
Previous assistant experience required.
Familiarity with Business Affairs and Television contracts.
Experience with confidential/sensitive information required.
Typing: 50 wpm.
Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word required.
Knowledge of report and letter format.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail required.
Ability to multi-task and exhibit good judgment.
Good communication skill both written and verbal.
Familiarity with television industry required.
Must be savvy and/or able to quickly assemble new systems/programs.
