What part will you play?
We are seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join the Warner Bros. Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Find and engage passive engineering talent at all levels and develop a strong engineering candidate pipeline for both infrastructure and software application engineering.
• Provide a consultative and high-touch approach to developing and defining a recruitment strategy from a technical recruiting perspective. Drive the sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, and lead candidate negotiations. Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline while effectively communicating with our HR partners and executives and forging dynamic relationships with business leaders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the marketplace and understand the engineering talent market to provide business leaders with up-to-date information regarding the marketplace.
• Deep understanding of technical skillsets, technical requirements, and using direct sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent in the areas of DevOps, Information Security, Data Engineering, AWS, Azure, Linux, Workday, SAP, Full-Stack Web Development, NoSQL and SQL type databases, Product Management, Network Architecture, HDR, 4K, Color Science Engineering, Software Engineering (Java, .NET), etc.
• Assist with special projects and make recommendations regarding overall recruitment strategy, conference attendance, and social engagement.
• Lead and coordinate across Technology business focused events that will generate interest in your clients' open positions.
What do we require from you?
• BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Computer Science or related field strongly preferred OR comparable professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years professional technical recruitment in both in-house and agency setting.
• Deep understanding of technical skillsets, technical requirements, and using direct sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent in the areas of DevOps, Information Security, Data Engineering, AWS, Azure, Linux, Workday, SAP, Full-Stack Web Development, NoSQL and SQL type databases, Product Management, Network Architecture, HDR, 4K, Color Science Engineering, Software Engineering (Java, .NET), etc.
• Demonstrated success recruiting within complex competitive technology environments.
• Demonstrated success in building effective relationships with passive talent, HR business partners and business leaders.
• Ability to create and utilize a variety of recruiting strategies and tools.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple difficult-to-fill searches, projects, and high-touch client relationships.
