Specialist, Workforce Administration (Fixed Term - 12 Months)

We currently have an opportunity for a Specialist, Workforce Administration (WFA) to join our Global Business Services Inc. team.
Formed in 1999 to integrate all Warner Bros. employee services into one shared-service organization, Global Business Services Inc. (GBSI) provides payroll, travel and expense, human resources, HRIS, IT and benefits administrative services to the Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies.
In this 12 month fixed-term role, you will support your assigned HR generalist team in processing transactions for HR programs such as position management, performance reviews and temporary staffing utilization tracking. You will have the opportunity to work with our recently implemented, state-of-the-art HR technologies such as Workday (our HRIS) and WorkBrain (our Online Time and Attendance application).
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of HR administrative or HRIS experience who has a strong interest in furthering his or her HR career. To be successful, you must have a strong technical proficiency, having worked with MS Excel in an intermediate/advanced capacity and with HR and/or payroll systems in the past. Strong communication, detail orientation, and time management skills are also key traits to be successful in this role.
