What part will you play?
Warner Bros. seeks a receptionist in the HR Services Division. Position distributes packages from couriers/delivery personnel, greets visitors and screens incoming calls. Must be able to operate multi-button telephone console and take messages. Distributes mail, faxes, orders supplies, and distributes payroll checks. Schedules conference and training rooms, perform projects and handle specific assignments as instructed. Types correspondence, reports, labels and maintains stock room.
• Greets and screens visitors for all tenants within HRS
• Responsible for the scheduling and maintenance of conference rooms and social spaces used by HRS. Also schedules use of miscellaneous items such as Audio-Visual equipment.
• Responsible for general office maintenance.
• Responsible for proper handling of incoming and outgoing mail within the facility:
• Responsible for the distribution of Agency / Miscellaneous payroll checks.
• Distribute replacement ID badge requests. Track and log in case management system.
• Assists with preparing New Hire Packets and Orientation handouts.
• Support the SVP, HR Services and Executive Assistant II with other projects, as required.
• Assists Executive Assistant II in ordering and maintaining office supplies for department
What do we require from you?
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Former Human Resources / Operations experience preferred.
• Previous general office/filing experience required.
• Previous experience in a confidential environment strongly preferred.
• Previous experience within a Human Resources environment strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field required.
• General Knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Microsoft Word required.
• General Knowledge of Outlook required.
• Must be able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel.
• Use good judgment at front reception desk.
• Must have strong writing and communication skills.
• Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
• Must have strong follow-through skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, in a constantly changing environment.
• Must be results oriented.
