The Job
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an Analyst, International Payroll for the HR Services HR Core Services & Programs department.
The Daily
• Responsible for accurately and timely execution of Latin America International payroll by working closely with local payroll provider in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy (Mexico and Argentina, and not limited to those two territories).
• Main point of contact for day to day payroll operations, employee payroll related issues, benefits, questions concerning the payroll tools and processes as well as issues relating to local authorities.
• Manage ongoing relationship with payroll vendor, track and log vendor performance (i.e., open tickets, SLAs, invoices., etc.).
• Management of data, documents, invoices as well as supporting and working closely with the Director of International Payroll Services.
• Identify opportunities and help to implement continuous improvements for payroll procedures.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance and HR to ensure payroll compliance in all Latin American territories.
• Compiling statistics and reports on a regular basis as well as ad hoc requests and Year-end reporting.
• Participate in special topics and projects.
The Essentials
• Minimum of 5 Years work experience of processing and execution of International Payroll.
• Accounting or Finance Certifications is a plus.
• Specific knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements in compensation practices, taxes, benefits and other payroll related matters required.
• Experience in dealing with external payroll providers and Business Partners.
• Must have strong organization and follow-through skills.
• Must have strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills as well as analytical skills and operational efficiency.
• Relationship building skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills – including ability to speak and write in English Spanish in a professional environment is required.
• Must be confidential with sensitive data and information.
