SUMMARY OF POSITION
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs and Research for the Warner Bros. Talent Acquisition department. Partner with talent acquisition team to develop proactive sourcing strategies for staffing needs. Leads outreach efforts through associations, organizations, academic institutions and social media. Oversees Warner Bros.' undergraduate and graduate Internship Programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee US campus recruitment strategy. Develop relationships with targeted universities and alumni in order to build campus recruitment teams within the business. Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts at targeted schools including; career offices, key faculty/deans, and student organizations.
• Manage, coordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, office and campus interviews, receptions/dinners/events, etc.
• Manage and oversee the Warner Bros. summer intern program across all functions, activities include but are not limited to summer intern sourcing, interviewing, placement, onboarding, development sessions and social events.
• Manage Warner Bros.' social media program including www.warnerbroscareers.com, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Enhance the company's online presence through the corporate web site and external job boards.
• Recommend and execute strategic networking/recruitment strategies including but not limited to: identifying strategic events/organizations, managing professional organization relationships, leveraging Business Resource Groups, and participating in internal and external events such as speaker panels, job fairs & event sponsorships. Enhance Warner Bros. veterans recruiting efforts by identifying new organization partnerships working with recruitment team to identify candidates.
• Oversee Warner Bros. talent pipeline development and is responsible for passive candidate research and reporting. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5-7 years experience in the Recruitment field required. Demonstrated ability to fill positions at a variety of levels.
• Previous Campus recruitment experience including the development of campus relationships, Internship Program planning and management.
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking System such as Brass Ring.
• Prior experience with CRM tool such as Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience and interest in social media marketing via websites and social media sites; Experience leveraging social media to further company brand and reputation.
• Demonstrated savvy interacting with executives and outside contacts.
• Proven experience developing recruitment strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Prior experience representing company at networking events and associations.
• Knowledge of entertainment, media and/or digital industry strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of business practices and research philosophies required.
• Must be able to professionally partner with members of senior management.
• Must have exceptional analytical problem solving, managerial, and communication skills.
• Strong management skills and practical experience in a corporate environment required.
• Must have organizational savvy necessary to assess senior level candidates .
• Must have computer systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of aggressive and effective research methodology.
• Must be able to reason through issues, resolve problems, communicate effectively/tactfully/assertively, maintain confidentiality, perform detail work, train or provide guidance to others, perform basic math calculations, deal with all levels of employees, handle multiple concurrent tasks and work with constant interruptions.
• Must have excellent time management skill necessary to perform in a fast paced, high pressure, high volume environment.
• Must be a flexible team player.
