Full Time Job
To assist the Group Head of HR in managing on-going HR deliverables on compensation and benefits, generalist support and assist in providing an efficient and professional HR service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure company compliant on all employment law by reviewing and regularly updating company policies and contract templates
• Working closely with senior managers to provide expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, performance management, coaching, career development etc.)
• Oversee monthly payroll for the Group
• Oversee Annual submission of Statutory returns for the Group including P11D and PSA
• Assist Pension administration including Auto Enrolment project
• Complete Towers Watson Benchmarking in conjunction with WB Comp and Bens department
• Manage Occupation Health cases
• Assist in the recruitment for senior roles
Qualification & Experience
• must be CIPD qualified at degree level
• have extensive UK HR experience at management Level
• up to date knowledge of UK employment law
• media / FMCG experience is a must
