What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an HR Administrator for the HR WBTV Production department. Position will provide support to the VP of HR in the administration of Personal Service Contracts for all TV divisions and handle other HR administrative responsibilities for the TV HR Department as necessary.
• Handles administration of Personal Service Contracts for all TV divisions, including the preparation and management of PSC folders for each employee (including checklist, TR summary, Comp proposals, one-sheets, etc.), managing the communications with Corporate re option notices and PSC requests, assisting VP of HR with tracking status of pending and upcoming deals, preparing quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports, and preparing salary history summaries and internal comparator charts to assist VP of HR with discussions with hiring managers and supervisors.
• Provides general administrative support to Vice President of Human Resources.
• Orders office and general store supplies.
• Handles record management/archiving administration for TV files (i.e. logging new boxes, retrieval submissions and pick-ups through Iron Mountain).
• Handles administration of corporate American Express cards.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
What do we require from you?
• BA degree preferred.
• Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Must have ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals on all levels (in person, by email & by telephone).
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized and have the ability to set up and maintain files and create procedures as needed.
• Must have basic math, spelling and grammar skills. Must have knowledge of report and letter formats.
• Familiarity with production population and payroll processes preferred.
• Familiarity with HRDD, WPR and OTA systems strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices and Company policies strongly preferred.
• Strong phone presence preferred.
• Typing 50 wpm preferred.
• 2-3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment.
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule work effectively.
• Must be able to work well under time constraints and handle tasks simultaneously.
• Must be efficient, punctual and possess high level of integrity.
• Must be flexible, professional and dependable, a team player, and have a positive working attitude.
• Must be committed to quality service and client satisfaction (customer service oriented).
• Must demonstrate initiative, cooperation, and resourcefulness.
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime if/when required.
