Job Title: Vice President, Executive Communications
Location: New York, NY / Burbank, CA
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Executive Communications reports to the EVP of Corporate Communications and is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies for the company’s top executives. The role involves crafting speeches, managing internal and external communications, writing thought leadership articles, and coordinating high-profile events. The VP ensures that executive messaging aligns with organizational goals and resonates with key stakeholders, including crafting communications for the CEO.
Core Responsibilities:
• Oversee all written materials from the office of Corporate Communications, including executive speeches, press releases, talking points, and briefing documents
• Develop and execute communication strategies for C-suite members, including crisis communications
• Manage the design, writing, and distribution of internal communications
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging across the company
• Serve as a liaison to ensure communication consistency across departments, managing documents for earnings releases, Q&As, and reports

• Extensive experience in public relations, journalism, or marketing
• Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences
