Your New Role...
TNT Sports is searching for an exceptional Director for our remote productions. Our portfolio is extensive, including NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAA March Madness and now NASCAR, coming in 2025. This position will have an emphasis on NBA directing, however experienced Director's that have worked any of our sports leagues will be considered.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Versed in remote Game Directing and productions at a high level.
• Must have directed NBA and NCAA at regional level or higher.
• Understand the need to bring in new technology & be a big part of development of new technology.
• Must have experience directing in full large-scale production trucks.
• Some experience directing a REMI games.
• Love of Sports
• Able to take direction and complete tasks independently.
• Be able to work with teams' media relations as well as individual leagues.
• Forward thinker – look ahead to upcoming games, shows and events to provide a production plan for operations and engineers to execute.
• Contribute to all shows (Content, Music, Graphics, Elements, etc…)
• Unafraid to ask questions to gain knowledge or insight.
• Proactive, not reactive.
Qualifications and Experience...
• 5 years minimum experience as a remote Director.
• A way to voice ideas and opinions.
• Stays calm in stressful situations.
• Work well with others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to mentor AD's and BA's
• A desire to be part of something bigger than themselves – part of a talented team of individuals working towards the same goals daily.
