This is a Full Time Job
We are currently looking for a Senior Photo Producer to lead on Sport within the Photo Operations EMEA who fulfil pan-regional image requirements for content priorities across publicity, marketing, on-air, digital and direct to consumer products. This is an exciting new role as WBD expands its sports portfolio in the UK and across EMEA.
The Senior Producer will manage a team creating artwork and delivering images for sporting events and titles on WBD's direct consumer products.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Manage the day to day workload of a team of photo producers and artworkers, alongside their long term development needs and goals.
• Manage the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Creative, Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure artwork is aligned with campaign and D2C product strategies.
• Develop and manage the creation and distribution of localised artwork for major sporting events.
• Develop creative concepts for multiple versions of artwork for one event or title.
• Manage the upload of images and artwork to central DAMs and distribution to wider EMEA teams.
• Work irregular hours as required and ensure seamless image delivery and distribution is maintained.
• Work with the Director of Photo Operations EMEA to ensure that the team meets the business priorities and strategic direction for sports on WBD products
Qualifications and Experience…
• Experience managing a team
• Proven track record managing and implementing complex workflows.
• Excellent experience in photo and artwork editing and management
• Ability to manage and use specialised database systems and provide input in their development.
• Experience working with live events and to tight deadlines.
• Experience managing the expectations of different stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills
