Sports Production Coordinator

DESCRIPTION:

The Production Coordinator plays a key role in the TNT Sports studio and creative services production management. This role will work to ensure both live studio coverage and CSSU non-live production shoots. They manage budget tracking, hiring, and payment processes for all CSSU shoots. They also serve as on-site logistical support for studio shows to support production and executive leadership needs for the live programming. Additionally, they provide important feedback that spans departmental functions after each production to keep the studio shows operating as efficiently as possible.

Role Accountabilities...
• Serves as onsite production management representative for day of support for TNT Sports Studio Show.
• Hires all freelance and vendor support for CSSU. Responsible for rate negotiation, onboarding, as well as tracking the status of their hire processes.
• Responsible for paying all support staff for non-live productions. Experience with Ariba, Media Pulse, Apex, and Beeline preferred.
• Manage real-time budget tracking and oversight across all non-live productions.
• Provide resource support to Associate Production Managers for all production-related needs.

Qualifications & Experience...
• College degree required.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in non-live television production.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba payment system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
