This is a Full Time Job
We are now looking for a Photo Producer for Sport. The Photo Producer will be part of the Photo Operations EMEA team who fulfil pan-regional image requirements for content priorities across publicity, marketing, on-air, digital and direct to consumer products. This is an exciting new role as WBD expands its sports portfolio in the UK and across EMEA.
The Photo Producer will commission and produce photo shoots for sports events and titles, alongside managing production stills for commissioned sports programmes. The Producer will work closely with merchandising, creative, marketing and publicity teams to ensure commissioned photography fulfils all team needs and requirements.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Work with Creative, Marketing and Merchandising teams to commission and produce photo shoots.
• Write creative briefs, complete call sheets and risk assessments for photo shoots.
• Effective budget management to ensure all shoots are delivered within budget.
• Work with production companies to ensure high quality production stills are taken during filming.
• Edit and caption imagery and obtain talent approvals.
• Distribute and upload images to internal image DAMs
• Source licensed imagery for promotional use that adheres to restrictions around the use of images for sports.
• Support the Photo Manager for Sports to ensure business priorities and strategies are met.
Qualifications and Experience…
• Photo production experience essential.
• Experience commissioning and directing photography shoots.
• Excellent ability to edit and critique imagery.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage a diverse range of briefs.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage and use specialised database systems.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Must be available to work irregular hours on some occasions.
