Your New Role…

We are now looking for a Digital Image Assistant to be part of Photo Operations EMEA who fulfil pan-regional image requirements for content priorities including; publicity, marketing, on-air and discovery+. This is an exciting new role supporting the delivery of artwork, images and graphics for Sports on Discovery's direct to consumer platform Discovery+ and VOD affiliates.

The Digital Image Assistant will support the Digital Photo Editor ensuring high volumes of images are sourced, cropped and delivered and that high production values and efficient operational output is maintained at all times.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Source, caption and resize imagery for non-linear platforms across EMEA.
• Retouch images when required and create series level images using photoshop
• Upload images to internal databases for distribution.
• Liaise with VOD Operations and Scheduling teams to ensure images are delivered on time.
• Maintain and update schedules, ensuring delivery deadlines are met..
• Maintain the team image storage systems and that all images are properly catalogued.
• Assist with responding to internal and external VOD image requests

Qualifications
& Experience…
• A strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage and use specialised database systems.
• Experience with Photoshop and Mac applications.
• Experience with graphics would be an advantage
• Experience with Excel
