Your New RoleThe Sr. Manager, CSR, will lead our Production below-the-line skills strategy and programs, providing training and job opportunities to build career pathways into the entertainment industry for people of all backgrounds. This includes ''WBD Action'', engaging with partner-led initiatives, and creating and delivering custom skills plans to support our Productions and local communities around the world. The Sr. Manager will also oversee CSR's education initiatives, harnessing our IP and content to enrich in-classroom learning and inspire future generations of storytellers.Your Role AccountabilitiesProduction skills:
• Build and oversee WBD Action strategy - includes working with senior internal and external stakeholders to identify growth areas such as Post-Production, unscripted and expanding our union pathway program
• Oversee WBD Action delivery, with manager and agency support – includes: meeting with production execs on production schedule and staffing needs, engaging with Government Affairs on priority markets/tax incentives, engaging non-profit partners to find candidates, recommending to productions, wrap-around candidate support
• Develop and deliver WBD Action onboarding bootcamps and additional training opportunities throughout the year
• Curate and create content showcasing WBD's below-the-line skills initiatives and impact (case studies, video, testimonials, alumni success stories etc.) and report on impact, incl. for internal stakeholders/execs and external (ESG report, annual report, website etc.)
• Work with international productions and local partners on below-the-line skills needs and delivery, helping unlock and protect tax incentives, build our diverse workforce, and strengthen our brand reputation.
• Work with UK ''CrewHQ'' team to explore opportunities to expand model/brand in new markets & divisions (Burbank, LATAM, tvn, Tech etc.)
• Lead CSR Education initiatives, incl. Story Lab, Achievery, and Discovery Education. Includes developing strategy and narrative for portfolio
• Build and manage relationships with key internal and external skills partners. Including: Production, DEI, Studio Operations, Labor Relations, Government Affairs, Comms, non-profit organizations, IATSE, and California Department of Education.Qualifications and Experience
• 6-8 years of relevant experience, e.g. in CSR, working with Productions, Skills Training, Education
• BA/BS degree
• Understanding of – and relationships within - non-profits, education boards and film and TV unions.
• Expertise in building and leading skills training programs
• Experience working and interacting across departments and with all levels of executives, including senior management and nonprofit partners.
• Ability to identify and evaluate new opportunities, with flexibility to meet evolving business priorities.

Pay Range: $82,600.00 - $153,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
