Your New Role...

Reporting to the Senior Director Corporate Communications UK & Ireland, Warner Bros. Discovery, the Senior Corporate Communications Manager, UK & Ireland will support the development and delivery of the external communications strategies, campaigns and events that build Warner Bros. Discovery's profile and presence throughout the UK & Ireland to achieve key business and commercial objectives.

At a crucial time for the business following the merger between WarnerMedia and Discovery Inc, the UK & Ireland Corporate Communications function will help shape and develop a strong external profile for Warner Bros. Discovery UK & Ireland, promoting the company's messages, policies and initiatives.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• The Senior Corporate Communications Manager, UK & Ireland, will play a key role in the delivery of corporate communications programmes across the core UK & Ireland business units including ad-sales, partners and affiliates, distribution, content (spanning streaming, linear networks, theatrical, gaming, social), home entertainment, consumer products and licensing. In an important managerial post, the Senior Corporate Communications Manager, UK & Ireland, will manage and motivate the UK & Ireland Corporate Communications team to deliver against key UK & Ireland communications objectives, working with key internal stakeholders and business leads as well as with press, partners, industry and stakeholders.
• The Senior Corporate Communications Manager, UK & Ireland, will have responsibility for the running of the UK corporate press office, both proactive and reactive, and will play a pivotal role in driving media engagement.
• The Senior Corporate Communications Manager, UK & Ireland, will help to develop and deliver the communications campaigns to strengthen Warner Bros. Discovery UK & Ireland's reputation and relationships with key partners including, and not limited to, affiliates, industry partners, advertisers, retailers, the production community, CSR & DEI partners and key government bodies and stakeholders.
• With London operating as the home of many Warner Bros. Discovery UK and international business units, the Senior Corporate Communications Manager, UK & Ireland, will also support coordination across the UK communications network; supplying UK & Ireland business narrative and positioning to support reputation management, crisis communications and internal communications. In addition, the Senior Corporate Communications Manager, UK & Ireland will support delivery of the DEI & CSR communications strategy across the UK & Ireland portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience...
• This is a senior role within the UK & Ireland Corporate Communications team, which requires previous relevant experience
• The ability to influence and support senior executives and stakeholders
• Previous experience of working to promote and protect corporate and consumer brands with external and internal audiences.
