Production Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

ccountabilities...

LIVE/TAPED PRODUCTIONS –
• Support show day needs :
• S ourcing any last minute props for skits and bit.
• Managing runner team, overseeing catering delivery etc
• Taking detailed notes of any problems throughout the show to send to the rest of production operations team

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION –
• Manages master schedule for all TNT Sports studio properties
• Communicate any updates and changes to production ops, tech ops, and crewing
• Distribute daily production schedules and crew information

PLANNING RESPONSIBILITIES –
• Maintaining overall schedule of control room, studio and support space for all sports show

Qualifications and Experiences...

Not Required but preferred experience:
• 1 – 2 years of Production Coordinator, PA, and Runner experience
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite
• Great attention to detail and a problem solving mindset

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $43,680.00 - $81,120.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
