Responsible for overseeing all aspects of print servicing for WBD theatrical titles worldwide.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Responsible for print material servicing needs for worldwide Warner Bros. theatrical marketing including one sheets, in-theater, fulfillment, standees, newspaper, trade ads, award season materials, etc.
• Responsible for Worldwide WBD Digital Debut Surveys for Theatrical titles which includes gathering translations from the international markets, communicating and supervising the vendor to execute localized assets, and communicating across departments to ensure the files get uploaded to internal servicing platform in time for debut.
• Remain in close communication with the Intl Markets as well as the Intl Home Office and Digital Teams throughout the process of all digital art debuts.
• Maintain print quantities with Dom/Intl contacts ensuring delivery of physical materials (one-sheets, bus shelters, in-theater materials, outdoor etc.) to Dom/Intl locations.
• In charge of translation approval and final file delivery for the Localized physical print elements, including Canada, Denmark, LATAM, Holland, and Norway.
• Manage the creation and delivery of all localized title treatments (20 - 45 languages) which includes close collaboration with local markets, creative print agency, and managing supervisor.
• Oversee Title Treatment proof reviews to ensure creative quality and color accuracy is achieved.
• In charge of print servicing duties on all local acquisitions and third-party theatrical entities.
• Work with digital and creative servicing teams on upload timing ahead of all art debuts.
• Create and manage film abbreviations for all theatrical titles that are shared across all departments and vendors.
• Maintain familiarity with all campaign art materials to ensure the markets execute local print strategy's that align with marketing campaigns.
• Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure assets are delivered correctly and in a timely manner, in particular downstream divisions including Home Entertainment and MAX.
• General quality control for all local one-sheets, title treatment and print assets to ensure they meet creative and brand standards.
• Own communications with external vendors to produce finished art and all relevant adaptations.
• Implemented a new print materials document that improves overall communication and processes between internal teams and vendors.
• Supervises vendors to coordinate production schedules and timing.
• Act as back up to the Executive Director of Print Production when needed
Qualifications and Experience
• 5+ years experience in marketing, creative advertising and/or entertainment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Working understanding of all Microsoft office applications.
• Understanding of both PC and MAC platforms.
• Must have knowledge of standard print and digital graphic sizes.
• Must be comfortable giving and receiving creative notes in a professional manner while also effectively and tactfully communicating with persons on all levels in person or via telephone/email.
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail while also organizing and scheduling work effectively with strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Must work well under time constraints.
