Your Role Accountabilities...
• Scheduling and billing of ADR and cutting room bookings
• Supporting the Director of Post Production and Post Producers with bookings and scheduling
• Ensure the client database (including billing details) is up to date and accurate.
• Ensuring bookings are confirmed with Purchase Orders
• Assisting with Client liaison
• Liaising with the accounts department re. client billing, assisting in putting together the billing packs for the finance department
• Inputting data into scheduling systems, such as pencil bookings, purchase order details, booking changes, studio and time sheet information and all other necessary billing data
• Work in conjunction with the Dispatch/Reception Coordinator to schedule the Runners and Runner cover
Qualifications & Experiences...
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create an immediate rapport with a range of contacts
• Ability to understand client needs and priorities by questioning in a diplomatic manner
• Good general knowledge of production and post-production techniques, or have a background which would enable the post holder to develop such knowledge rapidly
• Computer-literate and experienced in using computer packages
• Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety, and their impact on staff
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
