
Post Production Manager

We're looking for a talented Post Producer to sit at the centre of that process, overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring every production receives the highest level of service and creative excellence.
As the vital link between our clients and specialist post-production teams, you'll coordinate talent, technology and workflows to deliver outstanding results while building trusted relationships with some of the biggest names in entertainment.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Project manage feature films and episodic television throughout the facility; this includes liaising with clients and working with our teams to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently whilst also giving a first-class customer experience.
• Understand and manage all requirements around deliverables, including reading technical specs, onboarding processes and QC workflows.
• Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
• Build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels and actively assist in the sales process.
• Manage schedules of creatives, operators, and support staff across the picture dept.
• Workflow management and presentation of workflows to key clients including at pre-production meetings.
Qualifications & Experiences...
• Solid experience as a Post Producer / Post Production Manager on studio-level features and high-end TV Drama.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of feature film and episodic television post production processes and industry standard deliverables.
• Proven ability to build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels. This includes outstanding client handling skills and experience in generating new business from existing and new clients.
• Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety and their impact on staff.
• Understands the importance of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, procedures and guidelines, including Health & Safety guidelines.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
