Full Time Job
Working within Post Production Creative Services, this role is responsible for booking all Edit and audio services inc. Avid suites, audio & VO facilities. The Bookings Coordinator will be point of contact for all edit requests, providing updates and feedback to clients on the status of edits. A high level of communication is required to ensure optimum service is provided to key stakeholders.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Booking and confirming all edit work orders in Xytech / SchedulALL
• Communicating status of edits to Content Operations coordinators and Reversioning Producers
• Ensuring all internal suites are used to full capacity
• Maintaining accurate records for data reporting
• Working with Technical Edit Operations team to resolve deliverables issues
• Supporting the Edit Coordinator to create video browse and send completed assets to QC
Qualifications and Experience…
• Background in Post Production and/or Broadcast Operations
• Attention to detail essential
• Ability to prioritize in a time pressured environment
• Flexible with the ability to adapt to different demands & find solutions
• Superb customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience using Xytech Media Pulse / ScheduALL is preferred
