Your New Role...
Provide administrative support to EVP Physical Production and Production Executive.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Provide general clerical support to EVP Physical Production, Physical Production Executive (i.e. scheduling meetings, maintaining Executive calendars, answering phones, arranging travel and hotel accommodations, submitting expense reports; composing memos and correspondence, etc.)
• Assist Line Producers in setting up all New Line feature production offices.
• Arrange all pre-production travel, any initial paperwork, and Studio meetings before production crew is hired.
• Coordinate/arrange travel and hotel accommodations, both international and domestic for Executives and for location scouts and pre-production crew.
• Act as liaison between production units and studio departments to facilitate productions' needs and ensure implementation of and adherence to New Line and Warner Bros. policies and procedures.
• Set up productions by opening accounts for Scenechronize, Sync on Set, Office Depot, Asset Hub, etc.
• Maintain production manuals and deal memo packets for all productions
• Coordinate processing and distribution of all production paperwork (start paperwork, call sheets, production reports, SAG sheets, wrap reports, NDAs, scripts, crew lists, cast lists, contact lists, location contact lists, etc.).
• Keep track of all physical production assets at the wrap of a project and assist in coordinating the Productions' wrap to ensure return and storage of assets, hero props, blueprints, wardrobe, props & set dressing, office equipment, production files, and location files.
• Track DGA spreadsheets, create DGA credit residual charts and Employment Data Forms
• Track storage of sets and production assets and arrange for disposal of assets on picture lock.
• Maintain files and wrap documents for all productions
• Do location research for projects prior to crew being hired. Interact with Film Commissions (both domestic and foreign) in researching potential shooting locations (considering creative vision, weather, incentives, local crew base, crew housing, etc
• Answer telephones, screens, logs and places calls
• Create and maintains schedules, reports, and matrixes
• Greet clients, talent, creative staff, and executives
• Prepares check requests or expense reports and follows through
Qualifications and Experience...
• Previous production experience required
• Previous Production Coordinator experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and FileMaker Pro required
• Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
• Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary.
Preferred…
• College Degree preferred
• Familiarity with agents, producers and film community in general
• Strong interest in film and general film knowledge preferred

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skillset, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,006.00 - $78,010.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
