The Photo Producer is part of Photo Operations EMEA who fulfil pan-regional image requirements for content priorities including; publicity, marketing, on-air, direct to consumer and video on demand platforms across EMEA. The Photo Producer will manage a number of commissioned programs, production stills and photography shoots for various WBD networks.
Working mainly across UK & EMEA brands, managing production stills, photo shoots, editing and processing images ready for VOD and EPG use, as well as answering image requests from internal and external clients.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Manage production stills for commissions from greenlight stage to TX.
• Working with marketing, publicity, creative, commissioning, legal and social teams to gather image needs and program priorities.
• Write production still briefs.
• Manage production stills quality and delivery, liaising with production companies.
• Produce photography shoots for priority titles, writing shoot briefs, leading on creative ideation and art direction on shoot day, working to assigned budgets, as well as timeline management.
• Photography shoot post production, covering retouching needs and image delivery.
• Upload images to internal databases for distribution.
• Respond swiftly to internal and external image requests.
• Support with delegation of workload to Photo Operations Assistants.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to use specialised database systems.
• Ability to edit and critique photographic imagery.
• Experience with Photoshop and Mac applications.
• Experience producing and managing photo shoots and production stills.
• Must be available to work irregular hours on some occasions.
• Good knowledge of copyright and image licensing.
• Expertise in Mac applications.
• Experience working at a broadcaster preferred but not essential.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
