Role Summary:
The Partnerships Coordinator will be part of the UK Marketing team, supporting the Partnerships Marketing Executive and Partnerships Marketing Manager in promoting discovery+ (including TNT Sports) content through strategic platform partners. This involves managing partner relationships, planning marketing activities, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. The position works across various departments such as Sports, Creative, Media Planning, PR, and Commercial, reporting to the Partnerships Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management:
• Manage and contribute to marketing activity plans across strategic partners
• Build and nurture relationships with partners to execute marketing campaigns
• Track marketing activity and record in team documents
• Support onboarding and launches of new platform partners
Marketing & Creative:
• Brief internal Creative team on partner deliverables
• Manage and contribute to creative briefs for Sport and Entertainment campaigns
• Deliver creative feedback to stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Sports Marketing team on brand guidelines and assets
• Write compelling copy for various mediums
Insights & Measuring Success:
• Collaborate with the Insights team to measure success of partner activities
• Provide data-driven insights and support with reports
• Support senior stakeholders with case studies and post-campaign analysis
Internal Stakeholder Management:
• Work with teams like Editorial Planning, Creative, Legal, and Commercial Development to implement integrated campaigns
Admin Support:
• Manage briefing and partner assets internally and externally
• Maintain partner trackers and content proposition decks
• Oversee the team SharePoint for document management
• Schedule meetings and support with budget management when required
