This is a Full Time Job
In this role, you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing the allocation and replenishment of merchandise across our stores and e-commerce. Your main objective will be to ensure that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time, optimizing sales, inventory turnover, and profit margins.
Your Role Accountabilities…
1. Assortment Planning:
• Collaborate with the buying team to develop merchandise assortment plans based on sales trends, customer preferences, and market insights.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to identify opportunities for new product categories and seasonal assortments.
2. Inventory Management:
• Forecast demand for various product categories and develop inventory plans to meet sales targets while minimizing overstock and out-of-stock situations.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and achieve sales goals.
3. Allocation and Replenishment:
• Allocate merchandise to stores based on sales data, store-specific attributes, and demand patterns.
• Implement replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of fast-selling products.
4. Pricing and Markdown Strategy:
• Collaborate with pricing and promotion teams to determine appropriate pricing strategies and markdown plans to maximize profitability.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Track and evaluate the performance of merchandise plans, making adjustments as needed to achieve financial goals.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the buying, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies and goals.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and secure optimal product availability.
Qualifications and Experience…
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business, finance, or other related field
• Proven Experience as a Merchandise Planner or in a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail math and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A passion for retail and staying updated on industry trends.

Pay Range: $53,900.00 - $100,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
