Warner Bros. is continuing to expand and evolve the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts with our Flagship Wizarding World store, in New York City. This store brings to life the magic of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts for all Fans and Super Fans of the franchise. Flagship Retail delivers incredible product, service and environments in spaces that truly celebrate the Wizarding World.

We are seeking temporary Summer Seasonal Merchandise Associates for the Flagship Retail NY location. This position will support the leadership hierarchy of the New York Flagship Wizarding World store by maximizing customer and fan engagement in an awe inspiring, best in class retail environment. One of the main responsibilities for this role will be to actively engage customers through an immense experiential environment while maintaining our brand standards.

This part-time temporary position will start on either June 19 or June 26 and end on or around September 4.

Part-Time availability should fall within one of the below options:
• A minimum of 3 days available to work a 8 hour shift, including either Saturday or Sunday, with the ability to work from 7am-11pm
• A minimum of 5 days available to work a 4 hour shift starting from 7am to 11am/12pm OR 4 hour shifts starting at or after 5pm to 11pm

Your Role Accountabilities…

Customer Service
• Promotes a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Support store service levels by effectively delivering merchandising team objectives
• Maintain store appearance to ensure that it is neat, orderly, and well stocked to meet the Company's visual merchandising standards.
• Follows store set priorities and brand standards.
• Actively supports guest experience outside of assigned department as required due to needs of the business.

Store Operations
• Process store shipments in line with guidelines, ensuring productivity targets are achieved
• Use POS technology to ensure all price changes, promotions and recalls actioned effectively
• Support an accurate stock file by following cycle count, write off and damage processes
• Follows, teaches, and exhibits all safety and compliance protocols
• Performs all other duties as instructed
• Collaborates with store leadership to drive top selling items

Financial Analytics
• Follows the steps of sales in each customer engagement
• Responsible in attaining delegated daily, monthly, or quarterly sales goals.

Brand Representation
• Maintain store appearance to ensure that it is neat, orderly, and well stocked to meet the Company's visual merchandising standards.
• Teaches and lives stores culture with each associate
• Collaborates with the team to follow company values
• Follows and impacts store set priorities and brand standards

Qualifications and Experience…
• Minimum 6 months experience in premium retail, in a stock, replenishment, or visual role
• Strong Merchandising knowledge and understanding of Visual merchandising standards
• Ability to problem solve and respond to department priorities and direction.
• Knowledge of Harry Potter series and background
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail with focus on basic numerical skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with good initiative
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the operating needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $19 per hour. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
