LED & Control Assistant

As a Control & LED Assistant, you'll be part of the team responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our LED and Control department. From prepping advanced lighting systems to assisting with on-set setups, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the most technically exciting areas of filmmaking.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Assisting with pulling work orders for our sales team to ensure all jobs are picked and delivered within the allotted time frame and escalating any shortages.
• Testing and cleaning equipment/lights, raising any defects or damages to seniors for logging.
• Assisting with updating LED fixtures and control equipment with the latest firmware/software
• Complete stock takes
• Cable cleaning and re-wrapping for turnaround use
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised workplace

Qualifications & Experiences...
• IT knowledge – basic networking, using operating systems, and user interfaces for control devices that require resetting and testing
• Experience with manual handling.
• Previous experience with Film and Television lighting equipment is advantageous.
• Previous experience with lighting software is advantageous.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
