The Lead, Studio Partner Relations – Amazon Steady-State Operations will manage ongoing partner coordination, lifecycle planning, asset readiness, and day-to-day operational workflows for Amazon's active TVOD and PVD markets. This role ensures that all titles, bundles, catalog updates, and ongoing content cycles remain on track and available on-platform as expected.
The role serves as the central operational point of contact for Amazon's existing markets, ensuring alignment across Sales, GCO, and cross-functional teams.
Your Role Accountabilities :
• Oversee daily operational workflows for Amazon TVOD across active markets
• Manage lifecycle planning for ongoing releases, catalog updates, promotions, season pushes, and refresh cycles
• Maintain operational readiness for active markets (A/V, metadata, artwork, subtitles, and dubs)
• Coordinate across Sales, Partner Planning, Legal, Marketing, Mastering, and Content Servicing
• Maintain accountability for ensuring all cross-functional inputs support on time availability
• Track deliverables, maintain status reporting, and proactively surface risks or blockers
• Oversee bundling programs, artwork backfill, 4K upgrades, and other recurring operational initiatives
• Support ongoing platform initiatives, spec updates, and new technical requirements
• Maintain SOPs, workflow, and documentation for steady state operations
• Partner closely with the Launch Lead to ensure clean handoffs from new market launches into ongoing support
Qualifications & Experiences:
• 5-7 years in Digital Distribution, Content Operations, Partner Management, or related field
• Experience managing large scale operational launches or multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital media supply chains, metadata workflows, and partner requirements
• Excellent communication skills across business, operational, and technical partners
• Demonstrated skill in lifecycle planning, critical path management, and dependency tracking
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects
Not Required but preferred experience:
• Experience with international or multi-territory content launches
• Project Management certification or equivalent experience
