Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood gets you closer to the entertainment you love by taking guests on the lot of a working studio. The Studio Tour gives guests a revealing look behind the camera at how Hollywood magic is made. From Friends and The Big Bang Theory to Harry Potter and the DC Universe, fans have the opportunity to explore the nearly 100-year-old studio as they visit the real sets and soundstages on the iconic 110-acre backlot, celebrating where the greatest entertainment in history was made.
As part of our amazing tour exhibits and retail stores, we also present a selection of retail stores to complement our guests' visit. Join our expert team of storytellers as a Retail Lead for retail stores. Your Accountabilities…
• You'll lead each shift, working alongside a team of engaging retail associates to deliver quality customer service and expert advice on our products.
• Take initiative and act as a role model to others.
• Enjoy working as a team and motivating others.
• Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
• Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.
• Are confident in leading, deploying, and guiding others.
• Are open to coaching and being coached.
• Are experienced with responsibilities like cash-handling and store safety.
• Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
• Have excellent communications skills.
Qualifications and Experience…
• Have customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet company and store operating policies and standards, including providing quality customer service and products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Have six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Be ready to prepare and coach the team to provide exquisite customer service and to constantly develop.
• Have at least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $62,219.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
