Location: Carlstadt, New Jersey, United States of America
To assist the leadership of the warehouse and warehouse operations that supports Warner Bros. flagship NY store, and our North American ecommerce operations. Our goal is to improve support to the store, improve the efficiency and timing of deliveries, and fulfil ecommerce orders in the local market. This role will focus on leading the warehouse team, processing incoming orders, fulfilling stock movement to store(s) and our ecommerce operation, and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operation of our warehouse.
Your Accountabilities...
• Lead the warehouse team as they undertake activity including processing incoming inventory, stock movement, and outgoing orders to the store.
• Engaging employees, making sure goals are met, and communicating priorities. They will support the recruitment of warehouse operatives and support training and ongoing development.
• Help manage the efficient flow of inventory through the business and a safe and healthy working environment. Monitor the safe use of machinery and equipment across the site.
• Support the processing of paperwork for deliveries and purchase orders. Makes sure that any stock moved around site is recorded in our warehouse management system.
• Ensure inventory orders are picked accurately and efficiently by the team (and themselves).
Qualifications and Experience...
• Experience of supporting the management of a warehouse, stock distribution center, or busy goods-in department.
• IT literate, including use of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Able to independently make decisions.
• Well organized and focused.
• Able to communicate with internal and external partners.
• Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
• Supports all inventory counts at the warehouse.
• Use of plant machinery including (but not limited to) forklifts, high reach equipment, and pallet trucks (training on our specific machinery will be provided).
• Experience of licensed products.
• Interest in film and television, and if possible, Warner Bros.' Wizarding World franchise.
