Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden is looking for a Facilities Technician to join our team here and help maintain our world-class studio environment to the highest standards.
Working closely with the Lead Facilities Technician and Facilities Administrators, you'll play a key role in ensuring our premises are safe and well-maintained. You'll carry out a wide range of tasks, from reactive maintenance and skilled jobs like painting and decorating, to supporting emergency responses such as burst pipes or diesel spills. During the winter months, you'll also help with gritting paths to keep the site safe. You'll also be bring multi-skilled experience across areas such as carpentry, painting and decorating, confident use of hand tools, and general maintenance While primarily based at our Leavesden site, occasional off-site work may be required.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standard of work is delivered.
• Monitor H&S compliance, such as correct PPE being worn.
• Ensure that the site's equipment is looked after in such a way as to maintain continuous operation and legal compliance.
• Reporting progress and updates via all media platforms available, ensuring full visibility to Facilities Administrators, Lead and Management.
• Audit and review of all stock levels, reporting up to request/or place required orders.
• Attend weekly team meetings and deliver Tool Box talks
• Carry out basic and varied construction works.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stock management.
Qualifications & Experiences...
• Strong understanding of COSHH.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
• A positive and helpful attitude towards Health & Safety, Welfare and safe systems of working.
• Full UK driving license.
• Capable of dynamic risk assessing activities being undertaken

• Practical Training/Apprenticeship
• Proficient in Decorating and/or Qualification
• Ground works/Drainage experience
• CSCS Card

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a world-class film and TV studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. The purpose-built studio site is home to 20 sound stages, production offices, workshops, an indoor water tank, and an extensive, clear-horizon backlot.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
